Working out the Right Amount of CBD:
Getting the right amount for you individually is important, most people either use a low-quality oil in order to cut costs or purchase a higher-level CBD oil - but are worried about its effects or worried about getting high or feeling tired, so in some cases through these concerns are not consuming enough CBD (Cannabidiol) each day.

Did you know that CBD (Cannabidiol) had previously been consumed for thousands of years and part of the food chain! Trace levels of cannabidiol can still be found in our human bodies today - however, due to CBD and cannabis-based products being outlawed and banned since the 1930s (post-prohibition) our individual cannabidiol levels are extremely low due to the removal of CBD from the human food chain.

Finding your personal level:
In a standard 10ml bottle of CBD Oil tincture/drops, with;
- 500mg CBD content - 1 x drop equals to approx. 2.5mg CBD content.
- 1000mg CBD content - 1 x drop equals to approx. 5mg CBD content.
So depending on how many drops taken, will determine your daily CBD intake.
We recommend consuming CBD one hour before or after a meal, and the consumer in many cases should space out the time between taking CBD to ensure absorption.
This is known as micro-dosing, small but regular maintenance!
Taking CBD supplements does not make you high due to the lack of THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) the compound responsible for euphoric, mind-altering highs. As an unwritten rule, many of those who are new to CBD, start with as little as one drop per day for the first 1-3 days and then move on to one drop in the morning and one drop at night, continuing with this routine for 1 to 2 weeks.
Then based on the individual requirement many then look to increase to 3 drops per day for the following week and assess. By Week 4 some consumers have increased to 4 drops per day, or in fact greater levels - there is no written rule, you simply adjust accordingly (increase and decrease) through personal exploration. Once you have found a level that you're happy with, regulate and maintain your daily intake. Stick with a regular routine, it's no good taking CBD here and there, and days apart.

There are remarkable differences in the concentration and quality of products in the marketplace. Some mainstream retailers have labelled products as "strong" or "extra-strong" and even they are the lower end of the market in terms of strength. The best way to compare the concentration of products is to see how many milligrams they contain, rather than relying on the product names.
Hemp 'Seed' Oil or Hemp Oil - what is the difference?
Another factor to look out for when determining where to buy your CBD, is whether it's described as Hemp 'Seed' Oil. Like CBD 'Hemp Oil' - 'Hemp Seed Oil' comes from the same plant, but when you look further into the subject, it seems that these two products are almost worlds apart!
The most important difference lies in their CBD (cannabidiol) content, which is nearly nonexistent in hemp seed oil. - A very different product to Hemp Oil which contains CBD (Cannabidiol)
Cannabinoids, terpenes, and all the other active compounds in hemp are contained in the resin of its flowers, not in the seeds.
