All items are shipped FREE of charge throughout the UK. All parcels will be carefully packed to ensure your product/s arrive in perfect condition.
Products are typically posted within 2-4 business days, and for peace of mind will be shipped with tracking via Royal Mail.
Handling times may vary depending on seasonal order loads, adverse weather conditions and holidays.

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer a money back guarantee policy, however, we do treat every case individually depending on criteria.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging, unused, unopened and undamaged.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return has been received it will be subject to an inspection and testing. We will notify you via email on the status of your refund - if the return has been approved or rejected. If rejected the return will be sent back to you.
If your return is approved, we will initiate and process a refund back to your original form of payment, the scale of this is dependent on your bank/card issuer policy.
Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
